First of all, it is a very abstract idea. How do you define "knowledge" (not just "data")? This is usually the hardest part. Second, how do you "quantify" knowledge? Another question has bothered me for quite a while.
Try Harvard Business Review, Sloan MGMT review, or other major consulting firm's journals. They might give you some "hints" about KM. 4. The Knowledge Management Toolkit Prentice Hall PTR.
這本書借出次數超多，在會裡好像是必讀書籍
