It's not so easy to block MSN messanger as it sound, because it uses different ways to communicate, but try the ports I listed below:
TCP 6891 - 6900 (File send)
TCP 1863
UDP 1863
UDP 5190
UDP 6901 (voice communications)
TCP 6901 (voice communications)
