The new devices also include removable Lithium Ion battery packs, the first Palm OS devices to do so since the HandEra 330 debued last year. It does not appear to accept AAA batteries, however, just removable LiIon batteries.

I think of everything, the battery pack has me the most fascinated. Particularly if it is possible to have a charged battery pack as a spare for road warriors, and the ability to have a "high capacity" battery (like you get on a lot of cellphones) for heavy MP3/Video users - even if it "sticks out the back" a little.

I will get one if they sell additional batterypacks at reasonable prices.If they should work with AA or AAA rechargables i will be the first one in my shop to get one.

我記得matika提過s60的電池是不可更換的(希望是我記錯了), Acer的網站也找不到s60的電池是可更換的資料.

有人對s60的電池是可更換的, 似乎很有興趣. 如果palminfocenter的文章有誤, 是否應去函更正?

PIC should not give people false hope on this one, although removeable battery seemed a fascinated idea.

Does Acer ever plan to make a Palm PDA with a removeable battery?

On second thought, maybe it is not necessary. Palm OS consumes much less power than PPC.

Yes, PPC comsume much more power than Palm.
Let's wait and see if removeable battery is necessary or not on ARM based Palm.

The price might not be the same as Taiwan.
