As far as I know, NSBasic is working on adding  the support for the 320x320.
According to the PalmOs5 SDK,  OS5 Hi-Res does not simply change everything from 160x160 to 320x320 (or 480). Forms and objects continue to live in a 160x160 world.
Only images and draw statements can work in Hi-Res mode.
