想說就去過年吧,等他1/28是否就自己出貨
結果到現在還是完全沒動

第二筆訂單無法處理
是因為第一筆訂單被退運
所以業務把訂單鎖了
透過網友的協助目前應該都會退費

我也遇到了 訂了皮套跟nook color
B&N接受訂單後, 把皮套寄出, 但是把我nook color的單cancel掉...

我這次也是這樣的狀況,下了皮套、保護貼、機子的單,結果皮套、保護套先出貨了才通知機子要很久才出,倒是沒把我的單cancel掉。不過最後是原本延誤預定出貨少了十幾天就又馬上出貨了...作者: fren 時間: 2011-2-11 22:59
我看起來未必都是BN的問題吧
第一筆訂單BN在一月二日確實是有出貨阿
應該是在一月六日貨到Hopshopgo的倉庫後
這一段不知在收貨方出了什麼問題(也許Hopshopgo說查無此人吧)UPS因沒人簽收只好把退運
我查過因沒收到貨被退運 要找BN退款只要補一道簡單手續即可
就是打電話去客服說要退款 (這點BN網站及條款可查到)
然後BN客服給一個退款授權號碼即可退款了 但因為你人在台灣
也不知道貨運業者與Hopshopgo到底出什麼問題導致被退運了.... (孤苦無援啊)
老實說總部在東岸的BN 他們不會知道你這出貨後的可能怪問題
我個人是覺得 Hopshopgo 也是個很可疑會出怪招的環節阿......
全怪也東岸的BN也不公平 他們其實迅速就出貨的啊(Shipped at Jan-02)
如果Hopshopgo收貨人員有當一回事 也少了事後你還要找要BN退款的抱怨
(個人試過 Hopshopgo的客服也是完全沒功能的... ) Hopshopgo delay我的快十天, 也不處理
發mail 給完全沒用的 customer service 請他們 re-pack 也不鳥我 哼...
最後看在還是平安送達份上就不跟他們計較了(但多付了許多運費 哼哼)
