這不就是很久以前討論過的PIL達人線上詢答收費機制嗎？想不到在這裡實現了。

3.1是對方播語音過來,你可以要求收費
3.2 還多了主動 "傳送錢"
不過都是透過 paypal (國外的還是有點不方便)
