When you report a bug or usage problem you encountered, please be as specific as possible. Tell us what have you done, what have you seen, or how the software reacted, etc. This will be of great help for us. Sometimes we might need you to send us the database you're using if we suspect the problem is data-dependent. You can rest assured your privacy is safe with us.
