請問一下,有人會銀染切片嗎???
我想染AgNOR,不知道有沒有人有相關文件.

可是在molecular biology上的应用？
很久以前~~~~~~还是没有自动测序仪的时候，大家都用SILVER-DYE来做sequence，效率很低，偶现在做microsatellite序列比较时也用，很烦琐，如果碰巧是同行可以发信给我,dayu@china.com.cn

我只是單純的想要比較兩組樣本的dysplasia程度而已.
想說用染的可能比較不用張羅太多儀器吧??
