Help for CLIE N710C

Hi guys,

i just got a CLIE N710C from my friend, and feel very excited to join this community. but i have some questions for my CLIE.

1. I could not get the CLIE hotsync with my PC (windows XP). I have upgraded Palm Desktop to v.4.0.1 from SONY's official website, but still no luck for this problem. i found some articles talked about upgrading the OS from v.3.5.2 (N710C) to v.4.1 (N760C) might help to hotsync with XP. Any suggestions? is there anyone still have a copy of "zom760.zip" to flash my CLIE N710C ROM?

2. What is "MS Import"? i can not find anything in my CLIE. does it hide somewhere? or i need to install some program to get it to work? i just can not tranfer any date from my PC to the memory card.....very frustrated!
