Please help!!! I can't transfer T615 ROM!!!

I think if you cannot transfer to computer directly, try to download the ROM to MS card first.  
  
As i also face the same problem in my m515, but i can transfer the ROM to SD card, then use some program like SynWizard can get it to computer i did.

I am trying to transfer T615 ROM from my palm but failed!
I am using CliePOSE for N/T/S series on my computer,
I also installed ROM_Transfer_Extention to my T615,
I have tried all speeds but it still failed.
The result show on my T615:  " Timeout"
  
Please tell what should I do now!

Which version should I use? I am using the latest one downloaded from SONY website!
Is there any other program I can use?
