question of McFIle??

i was trying to import some ebook to MS, FILE NAME are view in English as i use McFile. but funny that if i use MsGate, some file name are in Chinese..... why is it happen??
  
(i discovered this as i try to chnage those ebook name back to chinese as they are in MS ... but i couldnt..)
