Re: [求助] document to go 是不是很不穩啊?
我最近常常用document to go, 常常出現Fatal error
上document to go查到結果如下:
Problem:
After upgrading to Documents To Go 6 or 7, I am receiving a Fatal Alert on my handheld when trying to open Documents To Go.
Solution:
Here are the steps to try to resolve this issue:
Remove all the handheld applications
Soft Reset
Remove all handheld application (.PRC) and data (.PDB) files from the Documents To Go Program File folder on your PC
Reinstall Documents To Go
Remove all handheld applications:
1. Save the following file to your computer:
DataViz Tech Tool Download
2. Double-click the file to add it to your Palm Quick Install Tool.
3. Synchronize with your handheld.
4. Tap on 'DatavizTech' on the application screen of your handheld.
5. Choose the third button, "Uninstall Documents To Go"
Or, remove the applications manually:
1. Tap the Applications button (House icon).
2. Tap the Menu button (below the House icon).
3. Select Delete from the App menu.
4. Select "Documents", then tap delete.
5. Tap "Yes" when asked if you want to delete the application and all its data.
6. Repeats 3 thru 5 for the other applications from Documents To Go:
DGraphConverter.prc
Documents.prc
DSLib.prc
DSlideLib.prc
DTTFonts.pdb
DvzSSFonts.pdb
DXTGAttachmentPlugIn.prc
DXTGMailPlugIn.prc
English_Am.lex.pdb
English_Br.lex.pdb
GraphicsLibrary.prc
LexLib.prc
PP_P2P.prc
SheetToGo.prc
SlideshowToGo.prc
SmartChart.prc
SS_P2P.prc
WordToGo.prc
WP_P2P.prc
WTGFontPackage.prc
Soft Reset your handheld:
To perform a soft reset:
Use the reset tip tool (see below), or the tip of an unfolded paper clip (or similar object without a sharp tip), to gently press the reset button inside the hole on the back panel of your handheld.
A soft reset tells your handheld to stop what it's doing and start over again. All records and entries stored in your handheld are retained with a soft reset. After a soft reset, the Welcome screen appears, followed by the General Preferences screen
To remove the handheld applications from the Program Files Folder:
Browse your computer to C:\Program Files\Documents To Go (this is the default install location for Documents To Go) by either method below:
Double-Click 'My Computer'
Double-Click 'Local Disk (C'
Double-Click 'Program Files'
Double-Click 'Documents To Go)
or
Right-click your Start Menu
Select Explore
On the left-hand side of the Window, hit the + symbol beside 'Local Disk (C'
Click the + symbol beside 'Program Files'
Select 'Documents To Go'
In the Documents To Go folder, you should sort the files by type:
Click the View Menu at the top of your window.
Click 'Arrange Icons'
Select 'By Type'
In the window, you should see 18 files with a .PRC or .PDB extension (you may see addition items if you had earlier versions of Documents To Go installed). If you are not viewing file extensions, please try the following to turn this options on:
Click the Tools Menu
Select Folder Options
Click the View Tab
Uncheck the box next to 'Hide File Extensions for know file types'
Click Apply
Click OK and close the Folder Options window
You should now delete the 18 files with the .PRC extension:
DGraphConverter.prc
DocsToGo.prc
DSLib.prc
DXTGMailPlugin.prc
GraphicsLibrary.prc
LexLib.prc
PicsToGo.prc
Presenter.prc
SheetToGo.prc
Slideshow To Go.prc
SmartChart.prc
SS_P2P.prc
WordToGo.prc
WP_P2P.prc
DvzSSFonts.prc
English_AmLex.pdb
English_BrLex.pdb
WTGFontPackage.pdb
Other handheld files that may be present include:
DataVizMail.prc
WordView.prc
SheetView.prc
A good shortcut to delete all these files would be as follows:
Click DGraphConverter.prc
Hold down the Shift Key
Click WTGFontPackage.pdb (This should select all 18 files if sorted correctly)
Click the 'Delete' Key
Once the files have been removed from the Documents To Go Program Files folder, you can reinstall Documents To Go 6 or 7. If you need to redownload this software, please click on the follow link:
Documents To Go Redownload Area
After reinstalling Documents To Go, the handheld applications on your device should all be from version 6.00x or 7.00x. |
