這裡好像有新安裝法

既然你Cygwin安裝好了，
大概用這個方法安裝比較容易。
  
稍微說明一下：
  
和安裝Cygwin時一樣，執行Cygwin的Install。
執行到選擇download site時。
不要選list中的ftp site。
把
http://prc-tools.sourceforge.net/install
加入。
選這個site。
接著Cygwin的Installer就會download prctools的package information。
接下來就和你install cygwin package的動作一樣了。
