New Features:
- You can now specify applications that BtToggle should automatically turn Bluetooth on for
- You can now specify applications where BtToggle will turn Bluetooth off once the application quits
- Much better control over how your Palm turns on, increasing battery life
- Pressing the HotSync button will always wakeup the Palm now (regardless of whether or not the Palm is charging)
- The "Bluetooth on" or "Bluetooth off" message will now appear for at least 1 second (more if the operation takes longer).
- Improved application icons

Bug Fixes:
- Bluetooth is now turned off cleanly if a network connection is up when Bluetooth is turned off (as opposed to the earlier fix that covered the similar case that the Palm was turned off)
- Better interaction with similar apps that monitor power on
- If the screen was tapped when a button was pressed, when the Palm was eventually turned on the buttons wouldn't work until
