When is "fill in the blank" going to be finished?

However, know that <FILL IN THE BLANK> is on our list of to-do items and will be finished RSN. RSN means Real Soon Now. And no, it doesn't mean "if it's not done in 2 days pm me to remind me".
It means once we're able and can devote adequate manpower to the task we'll get it handled.
