[求助] 網路購物Palm Tungsten T hard case出問題

你是不是要寄送到與持卡人帳單不同的住址? 有些網購公司會限定只能寄到持卡人住址, 有些只限定不能寄到p.o. box , 有些信用卡銀行會自動幫你檔掉國外網站刷卡的授權, 我就被" 好心" 幫過, 害我搞了一個多月, 最後換卡了事.

因該是取授權過了 但是無法請款吧
類似住飯店時預刷一樣...會佔額度 但不會真的扣錢
  
我上次想在買sony的vaio時也發生過這種問題
當時也是很緊張  一個月之後，那個暫佔的額度就會取消了

所以小弟到上述的新加坡網站購買Palm Tungsten T hard case,已經下單購買,對方是透過WorldPay收付款,WorldPay說已經交易成功,但我購買的那個網站卻發來一封信,內容如下:
  
Thank you very much for your order. Unfortunately we cannot process it as  
the credit card details (address, country, etc) that you've provided does  
not match the bank's records. I'd greatly appreciate it if you can place  
the order again with the correct information. You may also want to try  
using another credit card.

信用卡都付款了,怎麼信用卡資料還會有問題呢???我打電話去新加坡的那個網站,她們小姐叫我2:00後再打來,因為她沒辦法處理,等她們老闆來才行.
而且信用卡銀行說交易成功,無法取消交易...碰到這樣的問題該如何處理呢???
有經驗的大大,能否幫幫小弟,非常感謝.

ask your credit card company about the transaction number (or sequence number) and use this number to verify with the company in Singapore....
  
... there might be some other ways, this just one of them.

不是您說的問題,地址是一樣的,他們sales回我的信內容如下:
It seems that the card issue country does not match the bank's records. This problem actually occurs when the credit card is US-issued (e.g. Citibank) and the cardholder resides in another country. This happens before to our other customers too and it can be solved by using a locally issued card instead.
  
Due to the WARNING label, we are unable to process it. The funds deducted from your card is actually held by WorldPay as security against potential fraud and if it is not disputed by anyone, it's automatically credited back to your card after about 1 week (we have no access to this holding fund). This seems to be a standard practice among merchant banks as part of their risk management.

我後來用另一張信用卡就可以過了,不過他網站上的那個case也賣完了,不曉得是不是被我買完的???買了三個,約NT:2700元,用FedEx下禮拜應該就會到了,等東西到了的時候,想讓心愛的TT有件衣服穿的人,請密切注意二手版,預告一下,機會只有一個,[全新的PTT硬殼只賣900元]...另一個會捐給PIL義賣,沒搶到便宜的人還有一次機會.

我買的是Innopocket Metal Deluxe Case for Palm Tungsten T.因為懶得打那一長串,所以就直接打hard case,並不是他上面那一個SG$79.95那一個,讓您誤會了...
  
因為這個Metal Deluxe Case看起來很薄,而且底部也有留Hotsync的孔,應該Hotsync的時候可以不用拔下來,比較符合我的需求,另一個Palm TT Hard Case包的密密的,看起來蠻像粉餅盒...不過應該蠻耐摔的.
  
含運費SG:136.23元,新加坡幣:台幣:約1:20,
所以大概是NT:2725元.(3個case)
我看其他網站大概都是35美金,含運費回來都快NT:1500元了
如果能跟他們順利交易,是蠻推薦大家去這邊買的,畢竟比較便宜.

拿到case的好壞要多留心

今天FedEx送東西來了,可是我家樓下的電鈴故障,FedEx的人等一會就閃了,未啥不打我的電話跟我確認一下???害我又要再等一天了,剛剛跑下去在電鈴旁貼了個故障標籤,希望明天東西順利到手,.......................期待中..................................
