The Rds on of 3006 is too high that need to 並聯 more to make it has better response in start up. in the max speed will be the same for 1 layer or 5 layers.

cannot use the n channel to replace the p channel. the signal of the gate voltage is reversed. as i remember, the p channel is on and pulse wide modulation to n channel in both dirn but not sure my memory is correct or not....it was measure at last year...
